Have 2000 silverado v6 4.3 1500 it will turn over but will not start & flooding the plugs and try the fuel pump & the spider & check shortage for wiring on boths any ideas how to solve thi
I have checked for shortages in wiring put fuel pump & checked the spider & regulator

Check for spark at the plugs? Could be a coil, ignition module, or crank sensor. Check fuses also.
Just a note. when you have the plugs out, when cranking the engine put your hand over the throttle, take note of the suction. When the plugs are installed do it again. Is the suction the same or is it diminished quit a bit? you might have bad catalytic converters.
