Report "Have 40gal lowboy and have reset button that doesn't do much but push in and out with no resistance like usual. We get hardly room temp heat yet set thermostat on high. Also noticed heating element has but one wire connected to it. Is other for ground? unit is grounded by green factory wire. Really don't can't afford but to do myself so any hlp appreciated jj in aj az"
