No, guides cannot be replaced without removing the head. Normally guide seals can be done. But to do that you need to turn motor so the pistion is at TDC on each cylinder as its done (keeps the valve from dropping in all the way) and a constant supply of air pumped into the cylinder. (keeps the valves up and sealed against the seat while the spring is off)
