Have a 2000 Ford Taurus and the tape player is not working. I am thinking about buying a new deck but on bestbuy.com they state many of their products do not "fit" my car. Is there any solutions to this?

There should be one that fits in your console. Try to get the exact dimension of the location where you'll insert the stereo on your console and check available stereo head units you would want to install in your car.
