Report "Have a 2003 dodge ram 2500 with hemi. Havnt had any problems and even drove it last night. We had a blizzard last night and now it wont turn over. Radio,blower,windshield wipers, lights all work fine. Tried banging the starter but nothing. One other thing I noticed though. the fuel gauage doent move when I turn the key. is this a starter issue,a wiring issue, or something just weather related?"
