Codes are pointing to variable valve timing solenoid.

Here is an informative video.
I would, check oil level. If it's low, top it off with transmission fluid. Not more than a quart of transmission fluid though. Transmission fluid has detergents that break away deposits.
Change oil, clear code and see if it goes away. On every few oil changes, I substitute a quart of oil with a quart of transmission fluid.
Stay away from any think oil additives. They will cause this solenoid to stick.
Second and third are from the inlet and exhaust cams.
Basically the valvetiming is to advanced in degrees..
This could be because of manual campulleys, wrongly installed/timed cams or belt / chain .. the most common tho is the car is equipped with variable valve timing wish has gone faulty...
The code is triggered when the engine control module is saying for exampel i want 4 degrees before tdc and then the ecm is getting a signal from the camschaft sensor at 8 degrees before tdc... it wsnts 4 but gets 8...
When the asked value is not the retrieved value from the sensor a code is triggered

First code points to a bad catalytic converter...
