You will need to open it up and use a multimeter to test the leads. You will have to unplug it first though and just in case discharge any capacitance. If you do not know how or what I am talking, well, writting about then I do not advise that you try to fix it. There are no parts that always fail so some troubleshooting is going to be needed.
