Report "Have a GL sunlighter with 2 hp sta rite 220 vtl 2 speed motor, when in periodic filtering mode about every 4th or 5th cycle the motor fails to start and just humms until overheat trips, if I hit high mode while the motor is humming the motor starts up and runs properly, If I leave the filtering set at constant filter the motor runs ok. Do you think this is a capacitor or a bad armatur problem ? thanks for reply"
