Report "Have a Hobart H600. The handle wheel will not turn. All it will do is move about an inch (slack) back and forth. Seems like it's jammed in place. I've taken the front cover and the top off to look. Looking at the front cover the "bowl lift screw" moves a little bit, just enough to make the nut move back and forth. From the top you can see the gears trying to move, but they don't. Any suggestions?"
