Have a lasko ceramic element heater
I would like to know why when i got home it worked and then just shut down. i pressed the power button but the high temp and max light up for just a second then it shut off. can you tell me what the problem may be or how to fix it?

Just wanted to say that I am having the same problem. I turn it on and it stops working. When I push the power, it only lights up for a second and beeps and then goes off. Is there a solution to this yet? I think the company owes us an explanation. I have already tried to plug it in to different outlets and still get the same results.
I just posted a comment stating that I was having the same problem with my lasko heater shutting off. I pulled up the instructions and found out that the heater has a safety shut off for overheating. Once it reaches a certain temp, it automatically shuts off. To reset it, you must unplug it for 10 minutes and it should work again.
I had the exact same problem I used my air compressor and blew loads of dust out and now it works
