Have a Magnavox 32md251d flat screen that will turn on for about 2 or 3 seconds , then cuts off. I looked and a couple of the capacitors on the power supply board were puffed out and had black stuff protruding out of the center of them. The rest of the capacitors looked fine , also on the main board. You think if I replaced the power supply board , I would fix the problem ??
