Have a Norcold 3-way fridge for RV. Model 8663 - have taken it out and laid on left side for 1 hour - plugged into electric and fridge still does not get cold - it starts to get cold and after awhile it turns warm, even heats water in the glass in freezer we had to test it. Any suggestions as to what the problem is?

Not sure who said lay it on it's side, but it should be turned upside down for 24 hrs, then back upright for 24hrs, then restart and see what you get.
