Have a Paslode IM250 regularly serviced. It has suddenly stopped working. Green light is flashing when battery is in but no fan etc. when trigger pressed. Replaced trigger switch assembly but still nothing. Any ideas?

I would look at the head switch - this is located inside the tool just blow the trigger switch in the handle. There is a slide switch with a spring that actually makes the switch - make sure this is not broken and is in the correct position.
Also, check the fan connector in the head, I have seen these loosen up and back out.
If these don't solve the problem, I would suggest your problem is the molded circuit assy that contains the trigger switch and the head switch.
