I have an IP600 that had some keys that weren't working. I've opened up other phones and said 'pish posh' to Matt's response. Well good news is the phone was already broken to begin with. Bad news is none of the keys work now. :( The key circuit board is plastic and I used alcohol to clean it (as I would with a normal circuit board), but I think that was one of my main mistakes. Also I was quite aggressive and impatient. Not an ideal combination. Just posting my mistakes so that others can learn from them. (You'll probably need a soldering iron for the speaker phone)
