Have a red light on in front - looks like something needs serviced. I rinsed the filters that pull out and light stays on. Might be a filter further in the unit or something might need to be reset??? Thanks

To the left of the little red light is the reset button. It's disguised as another light that isn't on. :) Press and hold it for about 10 seconds and the red light will turn off.
I tried this and the red light is still on. What should I do?
