Have a Reddy Heater 150, 150,000 BTU. Have replaced nozzle, and filters, and sprk. Plug. Problem is , it starts..runs a bit...starts surging, puffing smoke, and ultimately shuts down belching smoke and filling room. Have added a pressure gauge, and pressure stays steady at 5 lbs. thru the entire duration of this. Any suggestions?

If you dont have a manual, check out www.desatech.com and go to construction heaters than find your model number in the list and click on it. The manual will come up. There is usually some sort of troubleshooting or "Maintenance Tips" in the maual.Also on the Desa website on the right hand side there are some troubleshooting tips as well. Hope this helps!
