Hi, MHC-65200 seems incomplete/ incorrect model number, let me know exact model number that would be written at back of unit. To record of FM station to Tape, please tune unit to desired FM station, put tape in compartment B that has recording capability as tape A usually just to playback of tape. make sure recording tab is OK (not broken) on inserted tape, close tape compartment and press Record button on unit. This will start recording, to stop recording, press Stop button on unit. Let me know if you have additional question along with correct model number to help you. Thanks.
