Have a used van with Fahrenheit MD830CM. Video ok. Audio not working. No remote. Downloaded manual. Says that when we press menu, and input we should be able to scroll down to FMTX and adjust, but we only have the word "RESET". Pressing that only scrolls, does not do anything. Please advise.
