Is this a aftermarket alarm? try to disconect the battery under the hood for 10 min. not 9 min· it should rest the computor. not saying you stupied but the batters in the remote were installed corectley? every one makes mistakes i hope this helps·
Does the NAV have anything to do with the remote to start the jeep
this year model also had a bad habbit of the Igniction Switch going bad. you my see the cluster pannel light up, but there is a spot in the igniction switch that will burn out and not let fire get to the starter. also again Is this a STOCK ALARM? dose the key fob say Jeep or Prestege or Viper, again check your fuses under the dash and under the hood. if you have a nabor that has a little mechanical knolege have him check to see if there is12v getting to the starter as you turn the switch.
