Have a Zenith DTT901 converter box. In cold weather when you go to power on the unit, it shuts down and you need to remove and play with the plug several times. This does not happen in warm weather. The problem is not the receptacle because i have replaced it several times and there is another item plugged in which is not affected

A known problem with this model. Due to poor design or construction, it doesn't operate reliably below normal room temperature. You'll need to move it to a warmer spot.
