Did you check primary voltage to the coil, red wire with lt green tracer. Should be hot, key on and crank. Use a test lite to check for voltage. How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? Are you missing anything besides spark?
Also, if you have tfi module, that module on some ford vehicles are noted for problems. I have heard of people that carry a spare in their glove box, just in case.
