Have an invacare patriot LX4 mobility scooter. Unit takes full charge but will not go? Have tried resetting circuit breaker but still will not go? How do I tell if battery needs replacement. Charge indicator shows full charge! Problem just arose.

Check to see if the scooter is in freewheel mode. To know if the batteries are bad you need to charge them for 10 - 12 hours and then have them tested with a load tester.
Scooter drives slow. replaced batteries still goes slow
