Have aspire power wheel chair. Batterys have 12 volts across post. Chargers light is on, have 13.5 volts across battery with charger pluged in. Chair will not run at all. No power light on controller or does not show to any charge. Thanks

Check the wires connecting the battery and check if the battery is still ok and also check the battery terminal if it is fix.

More likely, it seems a fault in battery.Check the battery voltage as well.

To be honest, if you ask for an apple, we would offer an apple. The comment you posted on jun 02, 09...You have asked for Wiring diagram. I offered you the solution that have all the wiring diagrams.

And regarding your initial problem, it's already solved by an expert.

First have the batteries tested to be sure that they are good. Just
because they are "new" doesn't mean they are good. Then with the
batteries disconnected plug the charger in and turn the chair on. This
will tell you if the charger is good.

If both of these are good then you have an electrical problem. You need to call a local tech.
