Have ASTA 12LCC model, installed last Aug. Wont start unless I go outside and turn switch off then on ( is hard wired into circuit by electrician). Have another remote for 2nd unit which also wont work, unless do the above? *** i nedd the installing electrician, or Fujitsu? Regads [email protected]

Try the manual switch just under the filter cover near the wire terminal cover. If that works, you probably just need a new remote. If not, the indoor controller is probably faulty.
