Have dual sh bunn softheat, keeps running water into main tank and wont stop. could it be solenoid hooked up to main water input and then goes from solenoid to top of main tank to feed coffeemaker

Check the level probe first, then turn off power to machine and unplug, if it still fills then it is the solenoid.
