Have front hooked up to seperates in front and bridged the back to a 12 inch subwoofer, it keeps shutting off when it gets gets louder and then comes back on whats up
Car Audio & Video - Rockford Fosgate - p-450.4 Car Audio Amplifier
Monitor the amp when it shuts off to see that the thermal protection is not engaging to to overloading. Since you are running stereo on the front channel and mono on the rear channel you should be running no less the a 2 ohm load on the stereo channel and a 4 ohm load on the bridged channel. What is the impedance of the speakers you are using?
