Run a bottle or 2 of "Engine Flush" "or alternatively some people use 200ml kerosene" through the crank case with the car idleing for about 10-15 minutes at normal operating temperature then drain the old oil out, change filter and put in the best quality oil matched to your vehicle specifications.
