Have just bought a second hand Lotus Sprint - 2014. We can't get the toilet to flush. It is a CTS 4110. Cartridge is in properly but the control panel is still reading - 2- cassette tank removed!
Water tanks are full. Sanitary product added to tank. The flush button will not light up. Agent can't help
