Have nikon 18-200mm lens, after 11months the zoom became stiff and jambed, being a little heavy handed tried it once more it clicked and then a heard what sounded like a screw rattling inside it. i sent it back under warranty, the seller repaired it worked fine for 11 months and has now become stiff again. i havent touched it since for fear of damaging it again, the seller refuses to fix or replace it without charge. any idea what the problem is?
