Have recently bought a TomTomXL. It has worked once but now cannot seem to find a GPS signal. Displays 'no satellites' & 'poor signal are you in a building' . It is fixed on windscreen in a central position- any ideas? Jacqui

Try updating the software. I had a similar problem with a TomTom One and that fixed it. You can download it from the TomTom website.
