Have to turn the starter many times to get car to turn over and start
Is it my starter or ignition switch. just clicks and then eventually starts. sometimes hit brake pedal and shift to N. sometimes starts right up, sometimes 20 trys/clicks before turns starter and starts(immediately after the start actually engages).

Probably the solenoid on the starter. Is that what is clicking? Listen for it, if clicking at the starter, probably a bad starter solenoid. Some cars, not all, have a starter relay in the starting circuit. If clicking at a relay block and not from starter, check for a start relay.
