Have two Xact XTR1 receivers in my home. Each connected to a separate antennae. 3-4 weeks ago when turning one on all it would do is light up the Sirius screen and beep and then the screen would go dark then light up again beep and do the same thing over and over. The other unit would work just fine until a few weeks later it started doing the same thing as the first one. My home is located in Brewer, Maine and Sirius tells me they are not having a signal problem in Maine. It seems strange to me both units would act up the same way within a few weeks of each other??? I really miss Sirius and so what can be done?? Thank you to any one who can help !! RB
Audio Players & Recorders - Xact Communication - XTR1 SIRIUS Radio Receiver
"all of a sudden the thing starts intermittently rebooting itself. Then it stopped receiving any audio, even though the display indicated that it was tuned in." -dissatisfied custom complaint.
Hopefully you will be able to return the device, although I have seen online a lot of people not getting theirs from the manufacturer. It appears to be a total loss and I am sorry to inform you of this information.
I wish it was as simple as a dead battery, have you checked? Please let me know if there is anything else I could help you with, or have any other questions I could try to help you. If you enjoyed my reply please don't hesitate to rate it with the "blue thumbs" (granted the news is upsetting).

It appears to be a common flaw with this model.
