Hi and welcome to FixYa,
- the CD/DVD may have change drive letters assignation;
- pls download, expand and merge *.reg contents of this file. They are meant to restore missing CDs & DVDs;
- check BIOS setup and verify CD/DVD is recognized;
- check settings/configuration of My DVD DELUXE SUITE, you may need to manually specify drive letter of your CD/DVD.
Just a start, do postback how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa.

Hi again,
Any updates or developments so far?
Chage the jumpers from the back of drive. and re-install application software even windows (if needed).
P.S. check the system with a lattest virus remover.
Is the application pointing to the correct drive ? is the drive present and working ?
