Have VEC070 on sailboat charging two 12v batteries. Just found that batteries are only at about 7.8 volts and charger isn't on. There is power to it. After unplugging it and plugging it back in it's charging light was lit for a couple of minutes, then went out. Is it time for a new charger? If so, what's appropriate. The VEC070 is 12-Volt 1.5 AMP, but they've been bought out be Black & Decker.
