How about ... (after you take a picture with your cell phone)
if you get into your video menu and center (reset) all those color, hue, contrast... and other brightness thingees...?
Start over from there?
Not BETTER...? Use handy-dandy pictures: Restore previous "PERFORMANCE".
Else... Consider if you want to purchase & change some boards yourself if that doesn't level things out a wee bit... comment me back here if you are interested... there are a lot of other opportunities (internal circuit packs)... If you are careful... (an iterative process). check out eBay (seriously) & shopjimmy.com
But a wee little static (dis-) charge or one wrongly placed wire... and you can turn an minor nuisance into a MAJOR HUNK of JUNK (I'm just saying... (do look at the wrist strap below).
With a little caution... We could actually turn you into a serious audio/video turbo-tech... Careless is the only guarantee you'll get from me. If you go in carelessly... I guarantee you will FAIL.
A particular favorite of mine is "tampatec"... pretty good videos to watch... My favorite being his blowing out some co-lateral packs while trying to fix another problem (admittedly... because of a static spark (ESD))...
I CONSIDER him of good tech-talent (& better entertainment).
TV packs are too cheap for me to EVER recommend anyone work on HOT circuits.. but they are fun to watch (on somebody else's dime (and hardly ever actually FATAL)).
IT'S okay when you are dealing with mere $200.00 circuit packs (we don't mind much)...
but in the industrial (real) electronic world (real) technicians always wear wrist straps... and always remove power (when possible)... else you'll get (real) un-employed (often hurt).
Besides the possible $10's of thousands of circuit pack costs... often emergency services & lives are at stake...
So proper ESD (electro-static-discharge) techniques are just good thinking.
True technicians maintain their anonymity... & only have small scars to show for all their "experience".
