Having problems with batteries i guess, you can plug it up and charge it all night it don't do nothing and you can un-plug it and plug it back up and it will go across the room and quit

Yep, sounds like it's new batteries time. Make sure you get the proper batteries for your chair. You wan't sealed, lead-acid deep-cycle batteries.
