Having problems with my bryant 601a package unit blower is working and moving air but not cold my unit fan is turning off and on but not sure the compresser is working i replaced the capacitor any other ideas what may be wrong thanks

I would check to make sure the compressor is in fact working (people sometimes mistake the condenser fan being on for the compressor, which makes an almost dieseling sound). The indoor fan is a separate circuit from the compressor.
