Having trouble with adjusting tracking weight for concorde pro s
After balancing the tonearm on my technics 1210MK11, i set the ring to 0 and turned the weight towards the proper tracking force of 4g. however, the weight comes to its end at almost 2g. so I can't take it to 4g. am i doing something wrong?

The manual for the SL1200 (same machine but silver, acccording to an online reviewer) says:
"An auxiliary weight may be necessary between the
cartridge and headshell, mostly in a DJ application.
Many new cartridges and new turntables come with
these weights. If you cannot achieve the recommended
tracking force, then this weight is what will be needed."
