Hello, I have a HDP5000. Impime very badly, with white lines in the upper left sector. I calibration of ribbon, film. And nothing .. It solves the problem. I saw the ribbon is wrinkled, and thus poses these stripes. What could be? Thanks
Hola, tengo un HDP5000. Impime muy mal, con lineas blancas en el sector izquierdo superior. Hice calibracion de ribbon, film. Y nada.. No se soluciona el problema. Vi en el ribbon se arruga, y por eso presenta esas rayas. Que puede ser? Gracias
