HEad Unit gets power, but will not appear as it is on

HEad Unit gets power, but will not appear as it is on

I tried pressing all of the butons but the only signs of life from this head unit is when i press eject, the CD is ejected, and display, whereas the time is show. other than that my subs get no power, the head unit shows no signs of life at all. i checked fuses and wiring and all at still fine.
