Yes it's called a multi switch it controls the high beam & low beam the wipers & washers you can try changing from high beam to low beam a bunch of time quickly and the head lights might come on my 97 Dakota does it every once in a while and that's how I get them back on if that don't work you have to pull the steering wheel and it will be self explanatory after you get in there three screws hold it in and two wire connection one for head lights and other for wipers don't go to the junk yard for the part you will probably end up with same problem let me know how it works out
keith may be right here ,but first check all the fuses involved and inspect the wires and light sockets for corrossion before spending more $$$ to replace components that might still be good, once this is done then go to the multi switch and check it to see maybe the lever action is very loose or it doesn't have that strong click like it used to when changing from low to high beams the connection inside maybe broken good luckkeith may be right here ,but first check all the fuses involved and inspect the wires and light sockets for corrossion before spending more $$$ to replace components that might still be good, once this is done then go to the multi switch and check it to see maybe the lever action is very loose or it doesn't have that strong click like it used to when changing from low to high beams the connection inside maybe broken good luck

Look at the fuse or a broken wire/s
