Also, my ABS indicator light is on...altho its not my top priority...could this be connected to the low beams not working? So far Im leaning towards the multi function switch being the issue. Good for you Will, you did trace it down. To know for sure. Replace the switch. Then tear the old switch down/apart. This will tell you what went bad. No. it's the turn signal switch/multi function switch.. All exterior lights run from it except the high mount brake light. Replace the turn signal switch.

Could be a fuse or the relay or simpler the elements in the lights blown, yes even both of them.
