If your calibration service is not covered, the representative will tell you the current rate for the service and give you a customer service number.
Pack your monitor in a damage-proof box suitable for shipping(if you will be shipping). Remember to include all the parts of your monitor. You should also enclose a letter with your contact information, customer service number and a request for calibration service. Do not forget to enclose a check or money order for calibration service if it is not covered by your warranty.it is required that you include funds to cover the amount it will cost to ship your monitor back to you.
