We have a newer model Heartland Range - the latch won't completely retract after self-clean mode. I think there is a very simple solution to this, but I haven't hit upon it yet. We've unhooked it from the power source and turned it back on and set the clock, but it still remains partially extended.
We've turned it on self-clean and waited 10 or so minutes and pressed the "X" button to turn it off, but it still only partially retracts. The door will close, but still has us uneasy. Thanks for any light you can shed on this.
