Model 9023C876 ac/heat pump was running with continuous fan on then a sound like a spark and ozone smell came from unit. The fan still runs but when the compressor comes on the ozone smell is prevalent. We have turned the A/C off and are using the other unit (same model). Does anyone know what the problem is and what we can do to fix it?
