Heated seat I have a 2006 Ford Freestyle with heated seats. Recently the driver side seat quit heating. I swapped the heated seat module from under the seat with passenger side and still didnt work. Any suggestions?

It is the heatling element, stock elements have a single wire snaked through the element and when the circuit breaks it is done, aftermarket elements have a wired grid that if one area fails it still works, they also spread a more even heat.
Could be that the wiring for the heater is broken, or that the heating element itself has been damaged. Has anyone knelt on the seat when reaching in to get something out of the car? Or has anyone stood on it (a child maybe)? Pressure like that can break the heaters and keep them from firing up.
