The fuse box is located under the dash to the left of the steering wheel. there are two seperate boxs, a large one and a smaller one above that. check all the fuses if you dont know the number, they should be listed on the cover. if it is not the fuse, then it could be the connection for the fan, i problem i have had, which is located under the dash and under the glove compartment. you should see the fan there and the connection to the fan. check for melting or arcing around the connection. worst case scenerio would be that the fan is shot. if that is not the case take it in to a specialist to have it looked at.
