Lincoln zeyphr so ford have recycled the name again ,used to be a brit car called the zeyphr ,nice car in its time anyway heater motor not working well this is easy to check out but i have no idea on the product layout as little old me is a europeon mechanic but what you do is look up under the passenger side dash and remove any cover then you will see the blower motor .Now find the deed wires and check for voltage with ignition and switch turned on ,if no power then start looking for a fuse wherever they are if power then is it a motor with a built in resistor for the different speeds if so look again and their will be a twin wire connection into the actual motor ,now hot wire this with a bit of twin flex motor will work either polarity if it works then work backwards like power to the switch or no power to switch the a fuse if not is power going to the coresponding fuse .Its all a process of elimination to fault find the problem
