Im having problems with a sta rite pool heater .When i showed up to service the pool i noticed that the heater was on .I tried to shut off the heater but got no response from the digital display.none of the buttons would work . I tried shutting down the the power to see if it would reset itself but it did not. I finally had to dicnnect the heaters power wires from the timer box because every time i would turn the pool on the heater would automaticly come on. could this be as easy as a loose wire ? Id appreciate some help . thanks
