Heater problem with espresso machine
We have a Nuova Simonelli Oscar espresso machine at the office, which have been working fine for more than a year. This morning the machine fails to heat up the steamer or water. Has the thermostat failed? Is there a quick fix to this problem. Best regards Alexander Schott Capgemini Denmark

Make sure there is water in the boiler, unlug machine remove the top panel and on the side of the boiler is a reset thermostat.
